All Cozyat products are made to order products on which cancellation/return/refund/replacement are not allowed. Products are covered under manufacturing warranty for the specific time period. In case if you received a damaged, defective or wrong product you need to inform us within 24 hours of receiving the product.

You need to share the images of the damaged, defective or wrong product received with your Order ID, Name and delivery address. Our team will check and revert ASAP. In this case free replacement would be done within 2-3 weeks subject to assessment of the complaint.
Note - In case customer refuses to accept the delivery or request to cancel the order due to any reason then a 25% debit will be applicable on the order value. Any kind of refund or replacement on customized size product is not applicable.
